I have been using Jabra Play for about six months which connected to both my iPhone and iPad at the same time via Bluetooth. Everything went well except for when there was a time which I’m unable to connect to Jabra Play at all despite tried all the solutions which I can find on the web.
The Bluetooth connection simply cuts off with no warning. My Jabra Play is still fully charged and I tried to re-pair my devices again without success. My last resort is to give my Jabra Play a hard reset (hold the power button down for more than 10 seconds) and this manage to resolve the connection issue.
